ponstars lets the wallet that deployed a coin on Pons open a live channel for it, and lets anyone watching buy or sell that coin without leaving the page. Using the site means accepting what follows.

1. You must be an adult

You may not access ponstars unless you are 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The site carries sexually explicit material. We ask you to confirm this on arrival; lying about it does not create any right to be here.

2. If you broadcast

You are the producer of your own stream. You warrant that:

• you are 18 or older;
• everyone who appears on your stream is 18 or older and has freely consented to appear and to be transmitted;
• you hold government-issued age identification and written consent for each of them, and will produce it on request;
• you have the right to broadcast everything in frame, including music and any other media;
• your broadcast is legal where you are, and you accept that it may be watched from places where it is not.

You keep everything you make. We take no cut of your coin, your trades or your tips.

3. What is never allowed

Explicit content is the point of this site, so the prohibited list is short and it is absolute. No minors, or anyone presented as a minor. No non-consensual acts, and no recording anyone without their knowledge. No trafficking or coercion. No animals or corpses. No real violence, torture or self-harm. No content you do not have the right to broadcast. Breaching any of these ends the channel immediately and, in the first two categories, permanently.

Beyond that list we do not moderate on taste. Crude names, offensive language and bad jokes are not violations.

4. Enforcement

Any channel can be reported from its own page. Reports of minors or non-consensual recording suspend a channel as soon as two independent people file them; other categories require more. We can also suspend a channel directly, at any time, without warning. Suspension stops the broadcast — it never touches the coin, the liquidity or anyone's ability to trade it.

5. Trading

Trades execute against Pons's own router on Robinhood Chain. We are not a broker, an exchange or a custodian; we never hold your keys or your funds. Memecoins routinely go to zero. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and a stream is marketing, not disclosure.

6. No warranty

ponstars is provided as-is. Streams drop, chains reorganise, and third-party infrastructure fails. To the fullest extent the law allows we are not liable for what you lose here — financially or otherwise.

7. Copyright

Rights holders can have infringing broadcasts removed. See the DMCA policy. Record-keeping is covered by the §2257 statement.
