ponstars responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and removes non-consensual intimate imagery on report whether or not a copyright claim accompanies it.

Filing a notice

Send the following to the agent below:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the work you say is infringed;
• the coin address or channel URL of the material, precise enough for us to find it;
• your address, telephone number and email;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

If you are in the material

If you appear in a broadcast you did not consent to, you do not need a copyright claim and you do not need to prove you own the footage. Use the report button on the channel and select non-consensual, or write to the address below. These reports are handled ahead of everything else, and two independent reports suspend the channel automatically while we look.

Counter-notice

A performer whose channel was suspended over a copyright claim may file a counter-notice with their signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction. Counter- notices are not available for suspensions involving minors or non-consensual material.

Repeat infringers

Wallets that accumulate repeated valid notices lose the ability to claim channels for any coin.
